However, when multiple services have forms with different fields, it can be difficult to report, display, and filter form information in the grids with optimal efficiency. To rectify this issue, field mappings are now available within the dispatching module. Field mappings will allow users to map different order form fields to the same top-level field, so they can be displayed in a single combined column in the dispatching grid.
