Customers using Intelligent Tracking for handsets on all tiers of our Shield platform can now adjust a mobile user’s ping rate from the 60-second default. Each user can have a different ping rate, which can be adjusted on the fly when there is an urgent situation. This allows administrators to have much more up-to-date information about workers’ current locations, helping to increase their safety.
